Fender Rolling Instruction It's not hard to roll the fender. If you
can install bolt on exhaust, intake, or
other simple bolt on parts then you should be able to
DIY fender rolling.
Many have said this
is a piece of cake job that can be done in 30 minutes for both sides. Well.
It's your car so I suggest you take your time doing it perfectly.
It took me an average of 30-45 mins to
roll one fender well so I'd say about about 1.5 hours max if you really take
your time for 2 fenders.
Three things I always advise fender rolling
Noobs: Patience, Heat Gun, and work section by section.
Ask a buddy (It's easier when someone is holding the heat gun) to heat the
paint while you apply pressure to the fender lip to be rolled. 1. Attach the Fender Roller to the wheel hub and tighten with your OEM lug nuts w/ the provided washers.
Please use the provided washers!

Please do not over tighten the bolts. You will
bent the tool. Snug tight is enough. 2. Adjust length of the arm so the inner fender lip is in the middle of the Fender Roller wheel.
3. Adjust the tilt angle of Fender Roller wheel to meet inner fender lip.
4. Adjust Fender Roller and lightly apply pressure onto inner fender lip
using the pressure handle. 5. Don't be lazy! Heat the paint,
heat the paint & heat the paint especially the area of contact between the roller and inner lip
and the area where it will bent once you apply the pressure.
How hot does it need to be? Well. If you feel that your finger hurts and hot
then that should be enough. Probably as hot as when you touch your car's
paint under the sun when it's 104 degree out there.
Just make sure you don't boil or melt the paint. This is the most important
step to prevent the paint from cracking because heated paint flexes easier.
 6. Manually swing fender roller left and right
section by section several times against inner fender lip. Readjust roller pressure as needed.
Do not swing the whole arc of 180 degrees. Do it section by section. Roll
slightly maybe about 4-5 inch section then move on to next section. Then
after all sections have been slightly rolled, then come back to the first
section then redo it again until you are satisfied. You will need to
readjust the tool every time.

7. Please be conservative. Do
not roll the whole fender lip to gain the maximum clearance. Automotive paint will crack if you bend it too much.
Please use common sense, even you heat the paint, leave some curve on the fender lip so that the paint
does not crack. Older car with older paint has more tendency to crack versus
new car or fresh new paint. There is always a risk of paint cracking but it can
be minimized.
7. Take your
car for a test drive with full load or try to take turns or long sweeper rather
aggressively (In a safe environment - Not on public road!!!) to check whether fender rolling has fixed your
rubbing issue.
