1. Rental
fee, Deposit, & Method of Payments.
$50 rental (basic adapter). $25 extra for Porsche|Truck adapter ($30 for renting adapter only).
Deposit: $250 basic adapter | $400 Porsche or Truck adapter ($200 for renting adapter only).
Deposit will be refunded to you upon receipt of the tools
in good condition less actual two way shipping

Rental Period & Late Fee.
You may keep the tools for 5 days.
You are more
than welcome to return the tools earlier to help
the next enthusiast in line. Let's help others
so they can fix their rubbing issues faster.
If FedEx delivers the tools on Wed, then Thurs
starts your 1st day of the rental period and
Fri, Sat, Sunday, & Monday being your 5th day.
FedEx will need to receive the tools by
Tues. Tracking number will confirm whether the package
has been accepted.
A late fee of
$10 a day will be assessed afterward except when
your 5th rental day falls on Friday where Sat &
Sun are waived OR when your 6th day (the day to
ship the tool back) falls on national holiday
when carriers are not open for business.

Limits of Liability.
By sending
Paypal payment, renter agrees that the owner
assumes no liability of any damages that the
fender rolling tool OR heat gun may cause.
Renter must have sufficient knowledge and
understand the basic safe and normal operation of this tool/heat gun and assumes
all risks associated with the operation.
Damages mentioned include:
paint cracking/melting, heat gun burn injury, fire hazard caused by
use/misplacement of heat gun, fender lip paint rust, and all other damages.
Renter agrees to forfeit the
$250 deposit amount when the tool is returned unusable due to renter’s misuse
and abuse.
Renter agrees to pay $10 late
fee if tool is not accepted by shipping carrier after the 5 days rental period
expires. |
